Shipping Information
We Offer Free Shipping on All orders above RS. 499 and you need to pay RS. 50 if order value is below RS.499.
The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499). The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Ekeepar at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
We usually dispatch most orders in 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse. After the order is dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 4 days in the metro cities, and takes around 5 to 7 days in non-metro cities. (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However, items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
The delivery date displayed on the Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email is tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the ‘Order Details’ under ‘My Account ‘ section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.
Ekeepar ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Ekeepar is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Ekeepar continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Ekeepar reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) in your Ekeepar wallet.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and tracking URL.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status. Once Order shipped, there is no any option to make changes in address.
However, if there are any variations in the shipping charges applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Currently, we are not shipping outside of India.

There are No hidden charges while placing an order on Ekeepar. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Delivery charges may be extra depending on order value. There is no delivery charges on order value above Rs. 499 and Rs. 50 delivery charges if the order value is below Rs.499.
All credit card and debit card payments on Ekeepar.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
Returns, Refunds & Cancel Order
No worries, It is so simple to cancel the order on Ekeepar.
Steps To Cancel the Order:
- Login to Your account
- Go to My Orders> Cancel Order
- Select “Reason for Cancellation” & click on “Cancel Order”
- You have successfully cancel order.
Please place a cancellation request while the order is in the processing stage before the order is dispatched.
The order cannot be canceled once it’s dispatched with the courier partner or out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep and a full refund will be processed when the order is returned back to us.
Return items with these simple steps:
- Log into your Ekeepar account
- Go to My Orders and find order your want to return
- Click on ‘Return’ for which item to return or exchange
- Fill in the details and raise a return request
- Return request will be reviewed by authorized person.
- Customer will get an email and SMS confirming that your request is approve or require more details..
- After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
- If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by Ekeepar.
- After the product is received at warehouse, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
- If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you through one of the modes mentioned above as agreed by you.
- All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ekeepar.com.
A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you for return item delivery charges. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using Speed Post as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
