We offer a 10-day return & replacement policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request must be filed within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return/ Replacement accept under following criteria:
- Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style
- Wrong item ordered/ delivered
- Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired
- Defective Product – Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
- Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
- Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts
Return/ Replacement not accept under following criteria–
- If Products are Altered/ Used
- If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
- In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-refundable
- In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-refundable
- For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s Warranty or Reported after 10 days of the Delivery
- For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
- For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page
- Any product that is labeled as non-returnable on its product detail page cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY EKEEPAR
Under some rare situations, Ekeepar or any of our sellers can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –
- Product out of stock with the seller
- Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount
- Incorrect pricing or description of the product
- Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department
- Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address
- Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or sellers of the *Order Transfer Marketplace
In case of order cancellation after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you at your registered email address if an order cancellation happens due to any reason.
Ekeepar reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Ekeepar also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
